People might wanna use a GIF for their avatar, but that wont be able to happen, so i suggest upping the max size of avatar allowed?

The max size you can have is 100x100px, and 6kb size? that's tiiiiiiiny, there's only like 1 pic i could use, and i don't want to use it. XD

if u look around, many people do have gifs... You can resize any image on this forum btw
