need tips on pking

Hey red here i was wondering if you guys have any tips for me about pking. i would glad to take in tips, i am f2p not p2p so dont give me tips for p2p thx.

Range 2h is the best f2p pking method for 1 on 1 fights. Use your xp counter. When a person is moderately low, wait til you see a big xp hit. 53 xp = 100 damage. Max with 99 ranged is like 90 xp i think in f2p? when you see the big large xp come down, click the rune 2h and then click attack on your opponent again. It does 2 damage hits at once for upwards of 400 damage if you have really good stats.

max hit for f2p is way higher than 90s. I have 81 range and can hit 120s with steel on npcs.

Most of the guides I have read say go 40 atk 55 range and 80 str. You should be around lvl 55 at this point with some decent hp for the level. I'm not too sure about higher lvl with defense and everything because I am just now dabbling into it.
