Well you couldn't upload one from your pc before. You had to use an external link, but I have changed so that anyone that would like to upload a avatar to the site can do so now.

i didn't want to make a new thread since there is one here. But i can't get anything to work i try and resize on imageshack but it does nothing it says either to big after i resize or url invalid. I went to a avatar site and none of them showed up 
any help would be appreciated.
