My account is locked, from the link incident from when we got the messages and the sender was being hacked and when you put in your info they were trying to hack you. I don't have my email so am I screwed and Jagex is being gay and not replying to my emails.

Tah, if you don't have the information to prove and recover your account, then it's lost in the abyss. Try logging in on the Runescape page and go to your account settings and submit a ticket. However, you will have to verify it is your account, and probably need access to the e-mail account that the account is tied to, otherwise your out of luck.

Recovery questions are good for this, as well as that jagex guardian that is supposed to work well.
