Do You Even Lift Bro?
Does anyone lift or is very strict with a diet, I am getting very involved with lifting, dieting, nutrition, and exercise and what not and I was wondering if anyone else was also this way

Pizza, partying and RS > Exercise. Except football, football is good.

I recently (2 months ago) adjusted my diet to be healthier, and restarted my workout routine. What kind of a diet and body tone are you looking to have?tuck815 wrote:Does anyone lift or is very strict with a diet, I am getting very involved with lifting, dieting, nutrition, and exercise and what not and I was wondering if anyone else was also this way
Right now I'm focusing on the following:
- "Cleaner" diet (e.g. less processed foods, syrups, refined oils, etc).
- Better cardiovascular health.
- Toned abdominals.
- Defined/bulkier upper body.

I am just looking to gain muscle and lose body fat for football right nowArchaicJay wrote:I recently (2 months ago) adjusted my diet to be healthier, and restarted my workout routine. Right now I'm focusing on the following:I'd be happy to share tips if our goals are similar.
- "Cleaner" diet (e.g. less processed foods, syrups, refined oils, etc).
- Better cardiovascular health.
- Toned abdominals.
- Defined/bulkier upper body.
I am on a very healthy diet, no soda, candy, junk food and very healthy meals overall
I am trying to just gain muscle, I have no intention on just gaining a ton of fat
I go to the gym at least 6 days a week pretty much without fail, only reason I didn't go today was because I had to read a book for class lol
